1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Riftbron Studios, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Digital Products
All products sold are digital goods. Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content on your own server(s) or community. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own.
3. Refund Policy
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered. Exception: if a product has a defect that we cannot fix within 14 days, you may request a refund.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use our products for illegal purposes, to harass others, or in violation of Mojang's or Discord's terms of service.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranty. Riftbron Studios is not liable for damages arising from use of our products.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
